Founded by Mustafa Maviş and Mustafa Dolaykaya in 2022, ION Mühendislik Tasarım Danışmanlık İmalat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.'s strategic goal is to develop and produce completely electric drive units, environmentally friendly, commercial or private, light, medium or heavy-duty vehicles and product families, by evaluating the needs of our age and combining electrical energy, which is the necessity of our age, with vehicle technology.

At the same time, with over 25 years of working experience, 10 of which are in the firefighting sector,  for companies operating in the vehicle-mounted equipment, firefighting, defense industry, automotive, valve, pump, machinery manufacturing and energy sectors, it provides fast and high quality,   To reduce the risks of our customers such as new product, model, mold design and/or production, existing product improvement, industrial product and vehicle design, project management, consultancy, cost reduction studies and product life cycle system integration by using casting, machining and composite production methods. Cab conversions (special cabin design demands, cabin narrowing demands), axle transformations (fixed or independent axle conversion, driven axle attachment – 4x4, 6x6, 8x8), steering system add-ons (drive axle steering, crab travel, rear turn system), central tire inflation (CTI) system design and manufacture, transmission conversions (manual to automatic transmission), emission conversions (EU6d emission transition and testing completion), electric vehicle modifications (transition from internal combustion engine drive to electric engine drive group). In addition, it is also among our strategic goals to design and produce fully customized chassis platforms (4x2 - 4x4 - 6x2 - 6x4 - 6x6 - 8x4 - 8x8) or complete vehicles from light commercial vehicles to medium or heavy commercial vehicle classes in line with customer demands.

The common value we focus on in all our goals is "Agile Scrum", that is, an agile, flexible and holistic product development strategy. We do not consider our service complete for any product that our customers are not satisfied with, with our completely customer-oriented and agile approach that incorporates the customer into the product, rather than the classic "product sells itself" approach adopted by many companies today. That's why we aim to deliver on-time and on-site service value for our customers. We know that the most valuable and important element for our customers is time. The most important feature of ION, which finds fast, high quality and economical solutions to the demands of its customers, is that it has a command of every stage in the development process of a product, from the pencil work that starts on A4 paper to the product commissioning process.
